Notice of Public Hearing Chapter 19 Utility Permit Policy

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF NEWBOLD
NOTICE is hereby given that on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 6:00 P.M., at the Newbold Community Center, 4608 Apperson Drive, Rhinelander, Wisconsin 54501, a PUBLIC HEARING will be held in consideration of the Town Ordinance Chapter 19, Utility Permit Policy
The ordinance in its entirety may be found on the town website www.newboldwi.gov or by contacting the Town Clerk, Kim Gauthier, at 715-362-1092 for a copy of the proposed ordinance.
The purpose of the hearing is to allow the public to make comments regarding the proposed ordinance adopted by the town board on March 26, 2026, establishing a permit policy for utilities in town right-of-way.
