Real Estate Taxes - 1st Installment

The steps below are for payment of Town of Newbold 1st installment or payment in full with Credit Card, Visa Debit, or eCheck. This option will NOT be available after the January 31st deadline.

To view and print a copy of your property tax bill, please go to:

  1. Click here to go the Oneida County Land Records website
  2. Enter your name and click "find now".
  3. Select your property from the list and click on the parcel number at the far left.
  4. In the "Select Detail" drop box, select "Taxes".
  5. Just above "Tax History", you will now see "Print tax bills". Click on the year to load a printable tax bill.

Second installment is payable to Oneida County Treasurer
on or before July 31 payable to:

Tax Exempt Properties

Owners of real property that is exempt from taxation must file an exemption report in even numbered years. Forms for single parcels and multiple parcels are available from the Department of Revenue.
