Election Details:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at an election to be held in the Town of Newbold, on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, the following offices are to be elected to succeed the present incumbents listed. The term for all offices is for two years beginning on Tuesday, April 21, 2026.

Town Office: Incumbent:
Town Board Supervisor Brad White
Town Board Supervisor Mike McKenzie

For Candidates:
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the first day to circulate nomination papers is December 1, 2025. The final day for filing Declaration of Candidacy and Nomination Papers and Campaign Registration Statement is 5:00 p.m., on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, in the office of the Newbold Town Clerk. Clerk contact information is below.
An incumbent not seeking reelection should file Notification of Noncandidacy with the clerk no later than 5:00 p.m., on Saturday, December 26, 2025.

Primary Election:
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that if a primary is necessary, the primary will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.

Additional Information:
Acceptable Photo ID will be required to vote at this election. If you do not have a photo ID you may obtain a free ID for voting from the Division of Motor Vehicles.
